| Here are some simple steps to follow in how to create and work with an Intention Group: 1. Invite 2-4 like- minded people to join your group. 2. Explain that the purpose of your group is to share a weekly intention with each other and to each hold the faith and belief for each other. 3. You can share your intentions over a weekly teleconference call or via email on a designated date. 4. Share your intentions in the form of "I am...." statements to bring the power of now to your intentions. 5. Keep it simple with just one intention per person a week. 6.
