Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, take a deep breath through your nose and out through your mouth.
Using your arms and hands imagine you are fluffing the energy around you. Bend over and fluff it around your feet, moving up toward your head, turning all around, fluffing, fluffing, fluffing your energy. As you fluff imagine you are releasing any body else's energy that is not yours.
