Nearly every thought and feeling I had from the time
I was 15 was about how I was too fat!
I thought about it all the time. During high school I
created an eating disorder, gained a lot of weight and
suddenly had my weight, body, and food issues between
me and the rest of my life - every day of my life.
It wasn't until I married and had children that I began
to slim down.
Even though I was thinner, every day of my life I battled
with thoughts and feelings about the fear of gaining the
weight back.
So I did not even get to experience the pleasure of a
thinner body. I still believed I was not thin enough,
and every day I ended my day by tallying up my food intake,
convinced I had overeaten and would gain weight.
I know what it is like to live every day of your life
worried or obsessing about weight and body issues! IT
IS NOT FUN!!

The more I taught and understood the laws of creation,
I came to realize that my thoughts and feelings of being
FAT were keeping me fat.
I knew how to "vibrate" FAT really well. One
day in my bathroom, fed-up with my continuous cycle and
pattern of weight and body issues, I realized that I was
creating a lot of what I did not want by always thinking
and feeling fat!
I made a decision that day that has changed my life ever
since.
I was going to practice "vibrating" thin and
fit. I began to ask myself the following questions:
What would a thin and fit person think?
How would a thin and fit person feel?
What are my most limiting beliefs about my weight and
body and food that are keeping me stuck that it is time
to clear?
As I came up with the answers to these and similar questions,
I began to practice them.
Every time I caught myself in my old, limiting, fat thoughts
and feelings, I would stop myself and change them to thin
thoughts and feelings.
I knew that if I could change my thinking and feelings
about weight, body, and food, my body would respond, and
I would create a lifestyle of fit and healthy living.
I started this several years ago, and I am excited to
share that I have achieved my goal of no longer creating
the fat patterns and am now successfully creating thin
and fit patterns.
What is the result? A fit, healthy body that has been
capable of running marathons and competing in triathlons,
a pleasant and healthy experience with food, and a complete
release from everyday obsessions around weight and food.
I am a free woman, enjoying in moderation all the foods
God has provided for us.
