Every time you think of a painful childhood memory, switch
it!
What I mean is, change the outcome. Rather than continually
seeing your past as it was, change it to what you would
haveliked it to have been.
For example, if you have a memory of being told you were
stupid, or you were criticized continually by your mother,
switch it to seeing your little one being told she/he
is smart and capable and continually receiving praise
from your mother.
If you find this difficult to do, you are still hanging
on to the emotional pain of your childhood and need that
pain validated.

If your thoughts become things, every time you reflect
on a painful childhood memory, the Universe does not differentiate
between the past and now and only reads your vibration
of pain and then offers you more.
Change your childhood to what you would have liked it
to have been, and speak of your childhood in loving ways.
When sharing with others about your childhood, let them
know how happy you were and how wonderfully you were treated.
Give yourself the childhood you always wanted.
Let those loving thoughts create more loving things for
you today.
