Energy healing is one of the least understood, yet most powerful resources we are coming to learn more and more about.

There is much to understand and learn from quantum physics to help us in this new field of intervention.

One of the possibilities that quantum physics suggests is that we can have an affect on other people with our energy and intention when they are geographically in a different place then us.

For example, I have a son that is living in Northern Thailand on a 2-year church service mission. The only contact I have with him is through weekly emails and 2 phone calls a year.

He is halfway across the world from me. I believe that through long distance energy work I am able to have an impact on my son's well-being and experience.

Prayer is my most common practice on a daily basis to ask that he be blessed with what he stands in need of. I believe my prayer infects the quantum field and a literal power is released to his aide.

I also meditate in his behalf to imagine his life running smoothly, that he meets the people he is meant to meet, that he is kept safe and healthy. I see him in my visualizations and know that I am sending that energy out to him, which is affecting the energy in his space.

At night I imagine I am by his bedside, saying goodnight, giving him the love and affection as his mother. I know that I am energetically having an impact on how he feels.

I visualize his success and that he is reaching his goals. I often do energy circles, speaking affirmations in his behalf, in first person as if I am him.

Is it having an effect? Amazingly! He has been assigned to one of the most challenging areas to serve in and is having wonderful success being led to the people he is meant to meet. He is fluent in the Thai language, he is extremely healthy, and is surpassing all his goals and creating the outcomes he desires.

He has never reported to us that he is homesick or struggling with living in a country so far from home, with little contact with his family.

Energy follows your thoughts. Choose to have thoughts that infect the quantum field with goodness and peace. Who are you meant to send the energy of well-being to in your life today? Think, who comes to mind? Imagine this person in your mind and send that energy right now. Imagine it be received by them like a sponge. You have just experienced long distance energy work - way to go!

2. Clearing and Manifestation Techniques:
Third Eye Tapping for Grounding Positive Energy

I am often asked "How do I keep myself feeling good longer and more often? I don't want to fall into my slump so often. What can I do to maintain my good feelings I am experiencing as a result of the energy clearing I am doing?"

When you are feeling joy, hope, happiness, excitement, peace or any other positive feeling and want to anchor in those positive energies, do some Third Eye Tapping.

Your third eye point is your 6th Chakra energy station.

It is located between your eyes, above the bridge of your nose, about the center of your forehead.

This Chakra assists you with insight, intuitions, seeing the bigger picture, connecting with your soul-knowing, all the energies that help you feel good.

When you want to anchor in a positive emotion, tap on this point with your fingertips for about 20-30 seconds.

Say out loud or to yourself:

"I am grateful I am feeling better and better more and more of the time."

Do this several times a day, and then when you are feeling down or depressed, start tapping on this point to stimulate your positive energy flow.

You can change the way you feel instantly when you know and are willing to use energy techniques.

The Power of Intention to Aide Your Clients

How often have you felt frustrated because your clients are not getting the results you know are possible for them?

How many of your clients come to their sessions talking more about what is still a problem in their life rather than how great their lives are going?

It is your job to help them change that! Here is how you can do it.

As a practitioner of energy healing for over ten years, I have learned a lot about intention and the power intentions have in assisting clients get better and better results.

At the beginning of your client day, set an intention for each client you will be working with.

Either out loud or in your mind, say something like this: "It is my intention that my client Cindy will have a fabulous session and will leave feeling better than ever." Do this for each client; even be more specific, as you know your clients’ special needs.

Send the energy of this intention into your practice room while imagining this energy permeating the space and preparing to help create these outcomes.

If you have a client that is having difficulty experiencing success, take time to imagine this client coming to their next session feeling good, telling you how great the sessions are going, and how much they are noticing the great changes in their life.

Remember - what you project on others in your belief about them, you flow energy to them and support them in creating more of what you believe, so project onto them positive outcomes and flow that energy to help them create it!

For the clients that always show up complaining about their lousy life and more problems, recognize that they are trained to do this. For most people, they have a belief like this: "I have paid this person and I am coming to see them to help me fix my problems, so I have to keep bringing up more problems. "Really, you are there to help them clear the energy that keeps perpetuating these problems and to teach them how to create a better life!

They think they have to come with more and more problems to be fixed. It is your job to teach them that whatever they keep focusing on, they create more of. I teach my clients to come in and report their successes. To start noticing and even documenting their positive outcomes during the week, and to bring them in to report them to me.

Train your clients to focus on the great results they are experiencing, and you will be helping them create more and more of them.

I was sitting in the dentist office waiting room today staring at the magazine rack. About every other magazine had an article about weight loss, carbs, dieting, and body issues.

Wow, I remember when I lived in that reality of struggling with weight and body.
