1. Allowing and Loving
One of the greatest lessons we have to learn
while we are here on earth is the art of allowing.
The fine art of allowing is one of lives greatest lessons.
Allowing others their experience free of judgment and criticism.
Allowing others to create their pain and struggle free of it
causing us pain and struggle.
Allowing others to be exactly where they are while we
choose to be where we are.
Allowing ourselves to forgive even when those we are
forgiving have not changed for us.
God is a master at allowing us to create our experience
here on earth.
God never sees us in the limited capacity we see ourselves
and others.
God's perception of us is who he created us to be.
He can only see us as the truth and love he created us as.
Allowing does not mean we agree with the choices that
others are making or enable these choices in anyway.
Having our own boundaries and principles is vital for us
to maintain our center of truth.
God does not modify his truth and commandments to
accommodate our dysfunction we choose to create.
Yet, he always loves us no matter what - no matter WHAT!
One of our greatest challenges is to allow more joy, more
love and more charity while living in our world where many
are creating contrary to God's will.

3. Clearing Script for Your Fifth Chakra
The Fifth Chakra is also called the Throat Chakra.
The energy of the Throat Chakra influences your
experience with the following: speaking your truth,
coming from the center of your willpower, listening
and being heard, communication, finding your true
voice and expressing your truth.
Use this script with any clearing tool like Rapid Eye
Technology, Emotional Freedom Technique or just
place your fist on your Fifth Chakra, which is the center
of your throat area, and while rotating your fist in a
counter clockwise direction release the blocked energy
by unwinding it.
Releasing.....
Fear of having no power or authority / not speaking up
letting others speak for me / angry that I can't find the
words / letting others dominate me verbally / what am
I afraid of / pointless to speak / unheard / communication
problems / releasing patterns from my throat chakra that
no longer serve me / fear of words being misunderstood
afraid to say no / fear of speaking honestly / don't want
to hear it...
Release it from every cell..releasing.
Arguing / afraid to argue / don't want to hear it / conflict
debates / shutting down / not being able to discern between
inner voice and outside forces / too many voices / rage and
anger caught in the throat / holding back of energy / irritation
giving my power away to avoid conflict / unexpressed feelings
intense frustration / choking on my words...
Letting go of..
Blocking my voice / unable to swallow my reality / expressing
yourself is unacceptable / shame and guilt / sensing the unspoken
recreating the dysfunctional communication patterns of the family
out of balance / no will / no center / don't know my truth / can't
speak my voice / too big a risk / old tapes / holding back
anxiety attacks...
Letting go of the lies and illusions I have been telling myself...
Let it go....RELEASE IT.....once and for all.........
Release it from every cell in the body.....let it all go.....
take three deep breaths and breath it out once and for all.......
Let it go from all chakras and all energy centers, let it go completely.
Repeat the following reframes while rotating your hand in
clockwise direction over your second chakra to activate
the following truths:
Thank You God
I am the authority in my world / I am speaking my truth and
supported by others / I am powerful and safe within my family
I am power of choice / I am the creator of my life / I am personal
authority / I am centered / I am make wise choices and decisions
I am allowing others their opinions and choices and I am allowing
mine / I am honored..
Letting it in, opening the throat chakra...
I am open to hearing / I speak with clarity and kindness
I am important / what I have to say is important / I am
allowing others to speak their truths / I am supported in
speaking my truth / I am discernment / My words are
supported by love and joy / I exist / I am deserving
I am my spiritual self / my choices about life serve my
highest good ...
Thank you God
I am creating speech that reflects my loving thoughts / I am
openly expressing myself / I am always saying the right thing
in the right way / I am vocalizing my feelings / I am safe
expressing my inner emotions / I am able to swallow my
reality / I am understanding what's going on / I am comfortable
with what comes out of my mouth / I am choosing my
words with discernment..
Breathe it in to every cell......turning on more truth and light
in the fifth chakra, clearing and energizing the fifth chakra.
I am grateful my fifth chakra is now clear and balanced helping
me create a better life.
