1. Zip-Up Those Affirmations
One of your most powerful energy pathways is your Central Meridian, which runs from your pubic bone up the middle of your torso to your bottome lip.
This energy pathway can be weak and sluggish for many people which
makes them vulnerable to the energy around them, espicially the
emotional energy from other people.
To strengthen this meridian pretend you have a zipper that runs up
from the pubic bone to your bottom lip.
Pull the pretend zipper up 3-4 times.
To add power to this process use affirmations, zipping these powerful
beliefs right into your energy flows.
In the morning zip yourself up while saying:
"I am grateful that today is going to be a very good day."
"I am grateful today is a day of many blessings."
"I am grateful today is a day of many wonderful surprises."
"I am rich in love."
"I am rich in health."
"I am rich in money."
"I am grateful for today."

2. Lunch Bag Affirmations
I still have two teenage boys at home that are Sophomore's in High
School. I make lunch for them every school day and about twice a week
I slip in a note in which I express my love and write some
affirmations for them.
Our oldest daughter is a Senior in College, living at home this
semester, so I often make her a lunch with affirmations.
We have a daughter who is a freshman in College living away from
home, I leave her voice mail messages closing with some affirmations.
Our 19-year old son is serving a 2-year church service mission in
Thailand and I always include affirmations for him in the weekly
email I write him.
I know they read these affirmations and are helped by them.
I always end the affirmations with this thought:
"Say it, believe it, you will create it."
Here are some affirmations I have used:
"I am a noble son/daughter of God that follows the light."
"I am attracting good people into my life."
"I am a good friend to many."
"I am doing well in school, I take responsibility for my work."
"I am knowing who I am and making choices that are appropriate for
me."
"I am kind and generous."
"I am choosing kind thoughts about myself."
"I am a great football player."
"I am an excellent student, learning comes easy."
"I am doing well on all my exams."
"I get along with my teachers."
"I am responsible for the energy I create."
Try some lunch bag, email, or voicemail affirmations with your
children. You are helping them create lives of joy and prosperity
without them hardly knowing it!!!!

3. Energy Clearing for Teenagers
As I mentioned above, we have 5 children ages 15-22. We have been
involved in energy therapy since our children were in grade school.
Because it is not a common practice amongst the families of their
peer group, they are aware we are doing something that is considered
a bit unusual by most people.
I accept that perception to be completely appropriate for a teenager.
Fitting in to their peer group is one of the most basic emotional
needs a teenager has.
When practicing an energy clearing tool with one of my teenagers, I
often say, "I know this is weird, and very few people do this, but
let's do it anyway because it works."
If there are patterns of contention running high and emotions that
need to be processed by one or more of our children, I will encourage
them to do some Rapid Eye Clearing or Emotional Freedom Technique
clearing on it by sharing the following:
"You have some emotions that need to be validated and processed, you
may no longer process them out on your brother, you can either go in
the backyard and release them while you pull 50 weeds, or you can
come into my office and I will help you clear them."
They ALWAYS choose the session over the weed-pulling.
To help one son let go of a pattern of negative comments, we told him
that the energy he would have to share to account for the negative
comments would be $1 per comment. We told him we would deduct it from
his monthly allowance.
He very quickly became responsible for his language and his energy
and cleaned it up!
Our children know that we are creators and they know they can change
their creations.
Our youngest son, who is 15, came to me this weekend and asked
me, "Mom, I have a belief that I cannot catch the football very well
during a game. Will you help me clear that block so I can create
catching the football?"
On Sunday I took him through a simple 15 minute clearing session
using Rapid Eye Technology to help him clear his belief and anchor in
a new belief about catching footballs. I told him to now take 10
minutes each day and visualize himself in a game, having the ball
thrown to him, the coach watching him, and he successfully catches
it!"
I will remind him at bedtime to do his visualization. I also
encouraged him to write his affirmations about his new creation.

Today is Carol Tuttle day! Not only did I just go for it by
ordering "The Whole Kit and Kaboodle", I also just finished writing my
very first on-line review in German on Amazon.de
I noticed that a review had not been written yet. Normally when
I order books people have already written reviews. I like to read them
because they often help me make that final decision about whether or
not to buy a book. The following is a translation of what I wrote
about your book:
I gave your book 5 Stars which is the highest rating you can
give. Next to the rating I wrote: This woman is unbelievably talented!
I am not a fan of self-help books because I find most of them
totally boring and I never finish reading them! I believe in God even
though I do not go to church every Sunday. A very close friend highly
recommended this book to me. Since she knows me I trusted her and
bought the book.
Never have I had the feeling when reading a book that the
author is sitting directly across from me. 60 chapters that really
open your eyes about inner beliefs. I did not agree with every word
she wrote but Carol Tuttle has an unbelievable gift of presenting
things in a simple way and she clearly and distinctly shows us how we
can change our lives for the better.
I have already started following her advice. In chapter 27 she asks
us what we want in life and shows us how to achieve these things.
Careful! Sometimes we receive different answers than we hoped for.
In retrospect you realize that you received exactly the answer you
were supposed to receive.
This book is really helping me with my career, my personal life, my
body and my spirit. I am on the right track. As Carol Tuttle so often
says in her book, "All you have to do is ask."
I hope this book is translated into German soon so that she can reach
even more people. This book has something in it for everyone. It is
really worth it!
I can't believe I just bought all your stuff but I saved 40% by doing
so. I just hope customs doesn't get me big time when my package
arrives. You have so many topics that are important for me to deal
with that I just went for the whole package. Definitely cheaper than
buying one or two items at a time.
