Life-Changing Tips from Carol Tuttle
I recently spoke in Las Vegas at a Sunrider International Conference.
Thanks to Jody, an attendee for taking these life-changing notes and
sharing them.
Notes from Carol Tuttle's seminar for Sunriders:
We attract what we believe!
Do you want to create differently? Whatever you are attracting
right now.....whatever is showing up in your life....that is what
you are vibrating with!
We all emanate a frequency or vibration. Your thoughts are an important component of that vibration. Commonly, 90% of today's thoughts are yesterday's thoughts. Do not let your emotions choose your thoughts.
You can separate an emotion from a thought pattern. You always have
the ability to change what you are thinking. Yes, it is important
to process your emotions (past or present) to clear them. That is a
separate action.
Your conscious mind can only hold one thought at a time. From moment
to moment, you control what that thought is.
So any time a negative thought works its way into your mind, you
must choose to replace it with a positive thought if you want to
vibrate differently. The trick is to have that positive thought
ready and waiting to use whenever you need it.
And the best way to do that is with clear, meaningful, precisely
formulated goals for your life.
They make for great positive thoughts that will quickly and
effectively improve your state of mind. Take action and move
towards your goals.
Unfortunately, it is always easier to vibrate with the masses. They
hold and emanate a vibration of mediocrity and it is a challenge in
life to not be carried into this vibration.
These people think they "cannot have." The good news is...... the
universe only offers abundance and you can harness it! Are you
attracting your "don't wants" in abundance or your "do wants"?
Which do you spend more time thinking about? That is the one you
will attract.
When doubt, fear, anxiety or depression threaten to sidetrack you,
focus on your intentions and goals (your "do wants"). Imagine that
you have already achieved them.
Visualize yourself doing what you've always wanted to do and being
what you always wanted to be. See yourself driving that new car,
living in that house on the hill, sailing the oceans with people who
are like minded. Make the scene bright and clear in your mind, and
play it over and over.
Your thoughts have a definitely flow of energy. Remember that money
is just a resource that has a vibration.
Change your vibration and change the flow of money and abundance of
all good things into your life.
God did not create the universe with picks and shovels. He formed
it creatively with his thoughts. We are the same!
You do not need to "force" or struggle. You just work with your
power!
