Every year we can add up the numbers of the year we are in, which represents the energy influence of the year. When you add 2003 it equals 5. 5 is the energy of change. The Universe is flowing us energy to support us in change. What that looks like is letting go of old beliefs and limiting patterns that are keeping us stuck in pain and struggle. By clearing what is no longer serving us, we flow into what is wanted and what is timely for us. By resisting letting go and holding on to our old patterns, we are not allowing these old structures to break down and release and that is compensated in energy breaking down within ourselves and our lives. The break down can occur in our emotions, our health, our finances, our relationships and many other aspects of our lives. Notice what you are recreating that is causing you pain and struggle. Tell the universe you are ready to let it go....and let it go. The following prayer will give you tremendous aide in allowing the energy of change to come into your life and assist you in shifing into higher states of consciousness and as a result, higher states of living. Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for assisting me in letting go of what is no longer serving me. I now choose to let it go willingly and effortlessly. I am grateful for the lessons I have learned and for the people who have played the parts. I now choose to learn and grow in joy. I am now allowing change to occur in my life to receive what is timely and purposeful and that which brings me joy. In the name of Jesus christ, Amen." It is a time of change for the better.
