1. Healing Addictions and Compulsive Behaviors

You are always free to choose whatever thoughts you want. Even if you
are feeling negative emotions, you are always free to think a
positive thought. It is appropriate when alot of negative emotion is
coming up to say to yourself, "I am clearing this negative energy, It

5. Praise and Appreciation for "Remembering Wholeness"
I just wanted to let you know that we have purchased your CDs of

Since our first contact last week, I have read and listened

hearing your CD's, I also heard you speak in the Mesa Arizona area.
I want to be engaged in my life purpose, I want to know and use my
personal power, and I want my spirit truth to be in the here and now.
I do the daily energy circles that I wrote down from your CD's and I
say the "I'm choosing to live in the new energy of me......."
Just when I think things are getting better, they are worse.
Obviously that was not a good statement to make, so when that comes
to my mind, I cancel it and make my new program of "Just when things

Carol's monthly large group sessions continue to grow. Last month
