What are the requirements for obtaining a License and Certification?

As posted above, you must complete Step 1 in learning Dressing Your Truth™ for yourself and then continue to Step 2 by applying to attend the Dressing Your Truth™ Consultant Training.

Once you have been accepted to attend the Consultant training, the following is a more detailed description of the requirements to be licensed:

• You will attend the 4-day facilitator training which gives you comprehensive information. With this information you will be able to complete your Required Practicum. This involves creating 4 different binders filled with images of each Energy Type. You will also create 2 Power Point Presentations or Picasa Slide Presentation with images of each Energy Type.
• You will then take one woman of each type through the transformation process. When they are completed you will send in the results for each one and receive feedback. All of these steps are critical in obtaining and practicing the skill sets needed to stand on your own. The goal of the certification process is to learn to stand on your own with this information and feel comfortable. You may be asked to re-do or add to any of your skill sets so that you have a solid foundation of knowledge. It is through this process you will earn the confidence you need to start your own business.
• You will then attend and staff a 2 ½ day Consultant Hand’s On Training for Dressing Your Truth and practice all the information you have learned. This experience is invaluable because you will see clearly where your strengths and weakness lie. You will then be guided on how to make your weaknesses become strengths.
• Part of your re-licensing fee includes the opportunity to attend a 2 day reunion where Carol and her staff will give updated and current information as well as presenting new opportunities to get certified in other areas. (e.g. teenage girls, men, etc.)

What is the difference between the License and the Certification?

License – This gives you the right to teach Dressing Your Truth™ in the area in which you have been certified.

Certification – This gives you the right to teach Dressing Your Truth™ to certain groups. (e.g. Women 18 and older, Men, Teen Girls, Make-up Specialty, Hair Dressing Specialty, etc.)

Who am I certified to facilitate?

You will receive a certificate to facilitate women 18 and older in groups of 6 or less. You may only facilitate in this category. To teach in a different category you must first receive a certification for that category.

Is there a limit to where I can practice and how many certified Consultants can practice in a specific area?

No. There is no limit to the number of Consultants in an area at this time. You will need to check with your small business licensing agency to see where your business can operate.

How much estimated cost will there be to become a Facilitator?

Cost and fees associated with completing Step 1 mentioned above. (Prices will vary)

Will there be additional cost for materials?

$500 - $1000
Training tools that are required (e.g. clothing props, transformation make-up, jewelry, hair products and tools, brochures, color cards, etc.)

What can I expect to make as an annual income?

1. Annual Income for only 6 clients a month at $999 each is $71,928!
2. Annual Income for only 2 events a month with 6 clients at $699 each is $100,656!
3. Add on to your Yearly Income $72,000 for only 10 hours a week of add on services!

When do I renew my license and pay the re-license fee?

You will receive a License to Facilitate that has an effective date (start) and expiration date (end). You will need to renew your license during the month of the expiration date. Part of your re-licensing fee includes a Re-licensing Event with new information and updates. Re-licensing fee is $2500 and includes the Re-licensing Event and the opportunity to obtain an additional Certification as they are offered. (e.g. Women 18 and older, Men, Teen Girls, Make-up Specialty, Hair Dressing Specialty, etc.)
